Greg has been married for 25+ years with 3 adult children.  He dreams about living by the sea, riding waves, listening to music and moving at a sedate pace.  His favourite food is meat and veg, he prefers Beer over wine, and is scared of failure.

Ben is one of our senior civil designers turned project manager. He has been with HCE for over 15 years, and thrives on finding solutions to problems that seem unsolvable.
Ben is a married father who spends his free time chasing around his 2 young boys. He loves the outdoors and enjoys taking the family to the beach, bush, or just somewhere new. He is a Broncos supporter, loves motor racing, and enjoys the simple things in life: family, friends, sunny days, and cold beer.

Since joining HCE Engineers in 2007, Matt has gained experience as part of the HCE Team and through completion of a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Queensland.

Matt delivers a broad range of projects in the residential, commercial, and industrial areas of development from conceptual design through to construction.

He aims to provide a tailored outcome for each project and prides himself on exceeding our client’s expectations.

Matt is happily married, a proud father and a first home buyer.

He grew up in Beaudesert, has an affinity for Spaghetti Bolognese and loves to go to the beach, spend time with family and play lawn bowls.

If he could have one superpower, it would be the ability to see the future.

Nick joined the HCE team in 2016 and has since worked on many projects from DA application to construction certification phases, along with everything in between. He enjoys the challenge of combining engineering principles with site experience to create ‘real world’ outcomes. Before HCE Engineers Nick studied at QUT while working in both site engineering and laboratory technician roles.

Outside of work you’ll find Nick spending time with the family, walking the dogs, kayak fishing or playing the latest games.

Tim is a senior drafter with 8+ years in the Engineering Consulting environment. He is studying Civil Engineering at university and gaining experience in civil design to take on a range of projects.

Away from work you’ll find Tim enjoying the great outdoors, whether it be camping, boating, fishing or simply enjoying a cold one around family and friends.

Kyle is currently studying Civil engineering at university, and is assisting around our office while gaining experience in a broad range of civil engineering design projects. He is aspiring to work in both design and construction phases of projects.

Kyle loves listening to Australian rock and roll, surfing and camping, and has a substantial travelling bucketlist.

Ryley is in his final year of Civil Engineering at QUT while also working part time helping out in the office. He is always willing to learn new things and challenge himself to become the best he can be.

When not working Ryley enjoys going camping, hiking, bike riding and working on his car.

Tarnjah is our Civil Designer / Drafter and is passionate about working with our clients through the development process to achieve the best outcomes for them.  She loves that her HCE team challenge and support each other in always striving to improve.

Her favourite pastimes are reading and photography.

James is an undergraduate civil engineer studying at UQ, gaining valuable design and drafting skills with the company. He is enthusiastic and looking forward to progressing his career in civil engineering. 

In his spare time James enjoys keeping active via gym and sports, likes camping and socialising with family and friends. 

Vicki is an Office Girl and Office Mum, always aiming to please our clients and work family. She started at HCE 8+ years ago, and enjoys any challenges thrown her way.

Vicki has been married for 22+ years with 2 adult children and 2 dogs. She loves spending time with family and sailing, camping and gardening in the the great outdoors.  Her favourite teenage band was INXS.
